Nathanael Ward began serving at Open Door Church in 2011 as the youth minister transitioning to the role of Lead Pastor in 2015. He has a passion for prayer and desires authentic encounter with Jesus for the community of Pagosa Springs. He is married to Kelly Ward and together are enjoying the new arena of parenthood with their son Phinehas.

Adam Perez currently serves as our Worship Pastor. He was on staff at Open Door for several years in the past but was sent out to pursue overseas missions. He joined us again with renewed passion for the local church and missions. He is married to Shelby and they have two wonderful kids; Arrow (5) and Olive (3).
